DS International, Inc. has developed and brought to market many new and creative ideas. We have partnered with many innovative companies to realize and improve products excedding their expectations. We are continually working with our clients to develop their ideas into reality.

Since 1989, DSI has developed more then 100 products. Our design team provides technical assistance in electronic and mechanical engineering. The team has designed and engineered custom keyboards to fit a wide range of applications including ergonomic keypads, financial application keyboards, and custom input terminals for the US Air Force, the US Postal Service (USPS), and UPS (United Parcel Service).

Beginning in 1996, DSI developed and designed aluminum hard cases and other accessories for PDA and MP3 devices, later adding iPod, iPhone and iTouch cases and accessories. From there, we began several specialized input device projects for the U.S. Navy, the New York Merchantile Exchange and the U.S. Air Force among others. 2004 brought the development of Segway accessories, beginning with the Segway Fender and later adding the Segway Kickstand. This product has been an after-market leader and is now carried by Segway Dealerships worldwide.

Keyboard design and development has been and will continue to be a driving focus for us. We launched the Industrial Keyboard division in early 2007 to address to need for industrial input solutions, specifically stainless steel and kiosk application input devices. Our consumer keyboard designs have been a driving source for us in our e-commerce retail sites with the development of the SMK-101, SMK-88, the ergonomic Freestyle Solo Convertible Keyboard and most recently, the up-coming 2008 release of the new Modular Mac Keyboard.
